Коттедж в стиле шале рассчитан на 8 максимум мест. Рядом с домом есть мангальная зона. Кресло-качели, гамак, лежаки - для вашего комфортного отдыха. Шале располагается на базе отдыха, территория отдельная от проезжей части. Парковка прям рядом с домиком.

Кухня укомплектована всем необходимым. Две отдельные спальни, в одной - кровать двуспальная и детская кроватка; в другой - кровать двуспальная и диван двуспальный. В доме есть кондиционер.
На летней веранде можно провести уютные вечера и в дождливую погоду. Мангальная зона также крытая.

В пешей доступности по береговой линии работает комплекс "Баден", где есть теплые бассейны и сауна на берегу.
