Сдаётся посуточно квартира, есть всё для комфортного проживания.
Условие заселения:
При заселении залог 2000руб. (при выезде возвращается при условии соблюдения правил проживания и целостности имущества). При себе обязательно иметь паспорт.
В квартире не курят (вообще), даже на балконе.
Наша квартира не предназначена для проведения мероприятий, шумных вечеринок, квартира сдаётся только для проживания.
Заселение возможно только до 20: 00. Позднее оговаривается отдельно.
