Advantages:

Дом находится возле леса. Поют птицы, пахнет травами. В спальнях пахнет свежестью. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Во дворе мангальная зона. За столиком в беседке приятно пить чай с первыми лучами солнца.

Disadvantages:

На съезде с основной дороги к нужному адресу предлагаю установить указатель. Нелегко добраться даже по навигатору.
